Initial Consultation
Fill out the new client intake form before our initial consultation. This will give me a good insight into your health journey to tailor it perfectly for you.
Order Labs
This is an optional part of your health journey! Labs may help narrow down certain bodily imbalances. I offer the DUTCH test, GI mapping, general blood work, and the HTMA test. These can be ordered separately.
Personalized Plan
Whether you are new to the holistic space or just need more guidance, I will tailor your plan to you. I want you to feel empowered in your health journey. I will give you approach to healthcare that is lifelong.
The Gut Restoration Starter
This package incudes the GI mapping and one-on-one meetings. These will occur every other week for the first 6 weeks. We will continue to meet monthly for the following three months. This is my signature package.
DUTCH Hormone Testing
This is a urine test that assess your hormone levels throughout the day. It will include a one-on-one meeting with me, as well as a brief plan to help rebalance your hormones.
Initial Consultation
The initial consultation involves an intake form followed by a meeting with me. During this meeting I will make recommendations to help you take control of your health without any lab work. From here you can choose to work with me or just take the suggestions to try!
GI Map Testing
This assesses for any bacterial overgrowth or undergrowth (yes, some bacteria is healthy!). It will also have a one-on-one meeting with me as well as a brief individualized plan.
Blood Work
I can order a variety of blood work for you. The prices per test vary. These can be done almost anywhere in the United States. I will help locate a local draw center for you.
Hourly session
This is an hourly session with me where we work on creating an individualized protocol. Each time you order any lab work or testing, I will meet with you for an hour to discuss the results. If booking for multiple sessions, there is a discount.
